The truth is you do have a meaningful and purposeful life
Join us and discover how to live more fully alive. You might just find your “real” you and, with that, awaken long lost desires and your genuine purpose.The event is from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and includes a catered lunch snacks and coffee, and all supplies needed for the day. It is open to men and women ages 18 and older.
Whether you come as individuals or couples, the day is 100% about you. Feel free to share as little or as much as you want.
FAQs
Will I have to stand up and share anything with the group?
Absolutely not, 100% of your work will be between you and your journal. Any sharing beyond that is optional and voluntary.
Times?
Coffee is from 8:00 to 8:30. Event starts at 8:30 and ends about 4:30.
Is any preparation required?
No, but it would help to read Wild at Heart or Captivating before if possible
Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?
Generally, people are welcome if 18 or older.
What are my parking options at the event?
There is plenty of free parking available behind our building (see forthcoming map)

What’s the refund policy?
Because we offer this Free (no charge) we hope you can simply relax and enjoy without worrying about cost.
Is food provided?
We will serve a catered lunch along with morning and afternoon snacks (there will be gluten free and vegan options). Coffee, tea and beverages will be served throughout the day.
Must I bring anything?
All of your supplies are provided: a journal, a pen, and any session related materials.
